FNB Business Account not activated!!!

I have been trying to activate my business Cheque account with FNB and I’ve sent all FICA docs and whenever I chat to bankers on the Secure Chat on the App I keep being told to call *** and there’s no answer. Today I held for 35 mins without an answer but my account is still inactive. This is really frustrating and it’s one of these things that force us to move to other banks. Now I am expecting a payment but I’ll have to submit new banking details to the payer.

Please assist and activate my business account.
