FNB Business Account Fulfilment is just disgrace and a waste of time

Fnb Business Account Fulfilment can be such a waste of time and airtime.... So the process started on the 05 November 2019 to change my sole prob account to a Pty. And till to this date fnb has not done it. They just keep on sending back and forth like a crazy woman. The worst was yesterday when an email was sent by FNB saying the documents they sent for me to sign were incorrect and that I had to undergo that process again.. I really can't be stick with one thing for over a month and fnb not doing anything about it. Like if they don't want to change it they just let me know
