FNB Business Account FROZEN

<p>Yesterday without any notice, emails, sms or calls FNB blocks our business account because we are "not" FICA registered. At this stage we have reps on the road roady to fill their tanks for the day, of course with the linked business cards, all the transactions are declined.</p> <p>We have payments to make to our suppliers and FOREX payments that should have been payed yesterday at the very attractive exchange rate of yesterday (this alone cost us R30 000 because of the increase in rate from yesterday to today). Our private business banker JOY refuses to help and we get put through to the FICA department, of course they dont answer their phones. We have been promised the account will be open at 10:00am it is now 11:30 nothing.</p> <p>Employees need to be paid today, suppliers need to be paid, debit orders wont go off, forex rates are climbing and FNB just refuses to help in any way.</p> <p>This is the bank that advertises 24 hour support (NOT TRUE), Excellent service (Definately not true) Banking for your business (WOW blocking 6000 business accounts without notice, thats service).</p> <p>Can FNB please open our account so that we can pay OUR staff, suppliers and account s with OUR money, please also provide us with the service that WE pay YOU *****s for.</p>
