FNB Business Account Block

I opened a new business account few months ago. So I only learned on Monday when the money was paid into my account that the account has a block. I called FNB and was told to sign some voting rights form. I signed the form and emailed to them. I was told the blocks will be removed in coupler hours. It's now day 3. My money is sitting in the account and I can't access the money. Evetytime I call FNB Business Banking I'm told it will active after 12.

I am writing now it's still after 12 still the block is still not removed. Please help.
