FNB BUsiness Account - Asks Confirmation 5 times

FNB BUsiness Account - Asks Confirmation 5 times. I recently opened an account with FNB business and they asked for my FICA docs for a new business. Since opening the account I have received over 5 email to FICA. I sent an initial email with all mty FICA docs. Then my account was shut as I tried making payments, they asked that I FICA again.Then a few weeks later my account was still not active, then I went to a branch a and had a vert helpful business account manager help, they called the call centre and then the account opened. I started running payments for creditors via this account and again they shut it down and payments went in late or not at all. They then disconnected my service and cancelled my service I have now lost suppliers. I was asked 2 more times for FICA documents to keep my account open or they would close it by June 2020.

My business is affected by their service issues and the issues this causes..........................
