FNB business account a nightmare now!

When I started using my FNB business account I was over the moon. But now, I am very sad & dissappointed about the account as debit orders I dont know about like foreign T, courier fee. In addition, my fnb card doesnt work, I cant view or change its PIN. Why is my account from FNB a nightmare now? Please assists urgently
