FNB Business Account

It recently occurred to me that our capital is not secure within the banks in which we hope to put our trust. On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, R 122.71 was deducted from my business account. I contacted FNB Business to see if the amount was traceable, but they were unable to see it on their end. Today is Wednesday, April 12, 2023 (Ref no - 2023 - ***), and the same amount was taken again; technically, this occurred within a week. FNB is "still" looking into the first amount taken. It's disheartening to know that we must work so hard for money to vanish without a trace. FNB I'd like to know what's going on for such things to happen to your customers.
