FNB BUSINESS ACCOUNT

So FNB decided to freeze my business account in December 2022 without informing me. I discovered that it's frozen then had to go to the bank and ask then why it was frozen. I was told it's because of a transaction that they suspect its ********** but then can't give me more infor of which transaction due to the case being handed to Moipone Gumbi who is a private investigator. I was given an email and number to call the private investigator, he or she is out of reach since 19 /12/2022 until this day. I have emailed and called there's no answer, my business is now suffering because i can't access my money. I am beyond disappointed.
