FNB business acc reopening

I made a payment to reopen my business acc with FNB on monday (27/09/2021) and I emailed proof of payment to them, I was told ti wait for 48hrs to receive confirmation letter by Keneiloe with ref JO***. I still have not received the confirmation letter, I've made several calls through the week and today spoke to Anza and he gave me attitude and I asked to speak to a senior person or manager as i was not getting any help and I was denied, told he/she is not at work. I need this letter urgently, please assist
