Fnb business

i have opened a business account with FNB on my app a month back and submitted all documents but even today my account is no yet active i even went to the branch at mall of the north with my documents but this account is not yet active it account number *** i have tried even going to the branch at mall of the north to give them my documents as well but i was told there were captured but nothing is happening then when i call or chat with them on the fnb app they tell me the account is on hold because of no documents received i dont no what to do i have R31000 on the account
