FNB Business

I am frustrated with the way FNB Business has dealt with a simple issue. My bank account has been frozen due to a FICA slip up from FNB without due diligence on their side. For 10days now I am calling in trying get access to my bank account. Each and every time someone promises me that a representative will contact me and solve the issue. But, up until now, no response received. I am ****ed off and furious at this point in time, I cannot transact on my account and its the end of a month.
