FNB business why must I battle for over a week in getting my account unlocked due to fica you have a huge button that says get from cipc which is 100% correct and updated. why must I wait 7 days now to unlock this account , I will now have to seek legal advice and open a case for loss of income as I am type this I have been on hold for 20+ mins this is now 3 days of holding on and waiting why does it take more than 24 hours and still waiting for an escalation \ Teamleader is sort this out ?
