FNB burries me alive

After only a week of switching to FNB i got ******. All my personal documents and cards were ****** so i call FNB to reset my online login details so i can transfer funds to a friends account so that i can pay my bills and apply for a new ID. After 3calls and 46minutes on hold a consultant by the name of Sibusiso Sibanyoni tells me that FNB cannot assist me if i dont have the number that is written on the card that was ******?!? he further says i must magically go apply for an ID without funds before i can be assisted. He then blatantly tells me that he will not call his manager to the phone for petty things when i ask for his manager, he shouts and speaks over me throughout the conversation. I am without an ID or bank card. I dont have the money to apply for an ID or pay my sons school fees or any of my bills or even get to work... ironic considering i have money that i cant excess in my account. I have never recieved such disgusting and shameful service and i regret moving to FNB.
