The worst experience of my life, if I don't get a manager calling me back I'm taking FNB To the ombudsman, the stuff is *********** and never knows anything!!!

23 Sept 2020, 09:44I asked that I am called yesterday (22/09/2020) at 10am and that did not happen I called today and I have been getting transferred from department to department no one can trace a payment I made, I try to give the reference number but no one is willing to assist and it's frustrating, I have been very patient and you are *****ing my credit score but aren't willing to assist, I've made a temp loan payment on the 27th August 2020 and no one can pick it up after sending numerous proof of payment emails. I need assistance with this ASAP
