FNB BULLYING THEIR CLIENTS ON BREACH OF CONTRACT

my story stems from covid. my personal banker sent my confidential details to the insurance company stating I was retrenched. this was a lie and I was made an id10t I requested a formal apology and assistance in the matter.

I was told by the personal banker just to pay my stuff. I refused and have been harassed by debt collectors been told I'm a broke person, been told that they are attorneys and will take my kids clothes if they could. I have over 600 emails including black Friday specials and special pay 30 rand and we will ensure your debt is up to date mentions. the breach of contract was on FNB and not me, i asked for a remedy and no one ever messaged me.

I mailed the loans department with a formal legal letter back in 2021 and not one attorney (9 attorneys on record) has responded to the legal letter.

not only has 90% of the deb prescribed when asking for a consolidated payment arrangement on the current non prescribed debt no one gets back to you. they ignore you like you are a piece of dirt.

i hope you do pursue the legal avenue, i would love to show the Court the bullying tactic you have adopted and the failure to endure proper correspondence to my attorneys.
