FNB bull****ting their customers!

There is a guy, same guy that rep**** back to the query laid on Hello Peter yet again with no resolution and empathy, quick to reply and not understand! This guy in the customer experience management team/divison at FNB. The bank has failed to assist and resolve my query. I am seeking further assistance to report what fnb has done regarding my charges and what they continue to do as this is the same quarrel I have with them in three months!
