FNB bullies and ABSOLUTE disregard for client financial security and lack of understanding of the current world issue.

I have received an email regarding a hold being placed on my account. After calling to confirm the validity of the email, I was informed it is a legitimate email, but my account has not been frozen...YET. Who the hell do you think you are!!

I am the only income earner in my household thanks to this pandemic and now you threaten me like this with no valid reason or proof of any wrong doing. The excuse given was that the new government regulations mean I have to declare any further tax liabilities from foreign countries etc. I don't give a **** about the new government regulations, it is up to YOU to PROVE any wrong going and it is ******* to freeze or hold my account without SOLID proof or speculation beyond a reasonable doubt. In addition, it would be very nice to not send FALSE information from your side.

I have one thing to declare. Threaten me again and lose all my business, now and in the future.
