FNB Building Loans - Worst service. Will never recommend them
I am building a home via FNB. Painful does not begin to describe my experience. I have submitted the third (of allowed 6) Progress Payment requests. Their reply is a response within 24 hours. 72 hours later and multiple attempts to reach them and I have not received any response yet. In the meantime a whole list of contractors have to be paid. This is by far the worst experience from any institution i encountered
