I often see how some people have the capabilities to convey a grievance in a polite smart way. I however do not have that s****.

I would like to express my complete disgust and anger towards the pure incompetence of your building loans department . Its actually a joke, laughable to the extent that fnb exemplifies everything that is wrong with this country! No accountability and no s**** level to provide solid answers. I feel that I have been brought to absolute despair and suffer anxiety from you. A build is one of the most stressful things you could do in life. And you have not helped me feel better about it all,something I considered to be a life goal and dream, has been reduced to just pure hatred for how fnb has handled my application. with a slogan saying how can we help you,,im surprised you can help yourself out of bed in the morning!!!!!
