FNB Building insurance, don't do it!

FNB Building insurance, dont do it!

I have been with them for years and now when i find a crack at the back of my house, only because i see damp in the walls. They are ducking so hard not to pay finding every excuse to not file the claim is valid its actually pathetic i am so disappointed as FNB banking is great but they need to re-look at the services they offer because their service is even terrible. I have to call to follow up whats happening as a week later nobody even got back to me!
