FNB BUILDING INSURANCE

FNB rejected our claim,they say we failed to maintain a house, we bought this house a year ago,did all the mantainance ,if the roof was an issue we could have had sorted out,it took us by suprise that the house started flooding. You guys dont live up to your promises,your just making money, storm damaged the roof and you're going for a poor maintenance, really FNB? a house which a buyer bought for less than a year??? Whats the point of insurance? For unforseen circumstances, these inforseen circumstances has left me and my family in a flooded house,and because its FNB that is perfectly fine. We should see ourselves, as for you guys. This is inhumane and nonsensical way of doing things. FNB INSURANCE IS A ****,NEVER TRUST ON THIS PRODUCT, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
