FNB Budget option at Istore website… ****!!!

On 26 July 2022, I purchased iPhone on istore website using the FNB budget option as payment, full amount was deducted on my account, phone delivered same day, but, As per the promotion T&C's, FNB would transfer the purchase amount from the straight facility to the budget facility within 3-5 days of the transaction date. It has been 2 full weeks nothing is happening, I have made several calls, transferred to all departments (card, FNB connect, credit card, sales), spoke to about 8 consultants in total, they all don’t know anything about this. As per the promotion T&C's, FNB would transfer the purchase amount from the straight facility to the budget facility within 3-5 days of the transaction date. about this and could not help me. Even visiting the branch could not help. I just want to pay for the phone in monthly instalments as mentioned when I was making the purchase, FNB has really failed me!! I’ve been with them for years and it was easy trusting them. This has caused an inconvenience in my finances. Also wasted a lot of my airtime and transport money trying to resolve this but no wins, I wish I had read other peoples reviews first, then I wouldn’t have bought, FNB really failed me!!
