FNB Bryanston Mall

I had the WORST service from FNB Bryanston Mall- infact, I walked out before even getting help. I stood in a queque at the tellers for 30min while 1 of their staff members sat behind the counter watching vidoes on his phone. No one even acknowlegded the queing customers- the staff members kept walking in and out. Then the only open teller, decided to close but had to reopen when I the customers complained about the length of time we had just been kept waiting there. Finally when I got to the counter to exchange Forex, I was told that I was at the wrong counter. The lady at the Forex counter told me that her system was busy and I must wait 10min- wow. I told her I will come back in 10min, which I did...but she just pointed to the machine or computer, to basically signal that it was still busy and avoid eye contact but didn't even have the decency to say when her system will be ready since she was not even servicing any customers... I'm absolutely appauled by how that branch treated it's customers
