FNB - Bryanston

I have had a terrible experience with FNB these past few weeks.

I have long since been recommending to my girlfriend that she join FNB, (Cheque/CC) I told it's easy you can do everything online.

We tried to do the online application and it continually spits out an error, we request a call back. We never receive one.

We go to FNB Branch in Bryanston, we are informed that the proof of residence we have provided is not adequate.

We return to FNB branch today, to be told 'oh our systems are down', we ask Mpho to speak to the Branch manager, she then disappears for 10 mins, comes back and says she doesn't know where the branch manager is and there is no one else who can assist.

I then ask if this is the level of customer service that the branch is happy to provide, she shrugs her shoulders and walks off.

I don't know what the issue is, but clearly you don't want our business, honestly I am at the point (with my smart device commitment ending at the end of this month) that I am inclined to leave the Bank as well. It's bad enough you embarrass yourself with such poor customer service, but it tarnishes my reputation as well.

Kindly advise if you are interested in assisting us with opening her account, alternatively kindly assist me with closing mine.
