FNB Brooklyn needs help...

I went to collect my credit card at your branch in Brooklyn. Usually your branch is well run and has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and there is a smooth flow of people in and out. This particular occasion was awful. People had been waiting for at least half an hour to be helped, apparently because you were understaffed. A lady sitting next to me said that she was trying again this week to be helped as last week she waited 90 minutes to be seen. On top of that your prompter didn't work and an employee had to physically go and call people to assist. An elderly client complained about how long she had to wait and she clearly looked to be in distress.

Please up your game. I don't feel comfortable going into your Brooklyn branch as it appears to be unable to cope. Could you kindly courier my credit card to me? I am happy to pay for the courier fees. When I last renewed my card in 2014, my FNB credit card was couriered to me in The Netherlands at no additional cost. That is the FNB I am used to. Where is that same sense of service and professionalism? Where has that gone?

Please somebody help.
