FNB BROOKLYN BRANCH SALES CONSULTANTS

In my personal experience I wouldn't write anything good about the FNB Branch at Brooklyn Mall especially with the lady who works in the front to give people thr ticket numbers including some of the staff members (sales consultants) and the do called branch manager whom I actually found out is the team leader in the branch if I was not given the wrong information again. They are extremely rude. I wonder if they treat all foreigners that go into that branch in the manner in which I was intimated and treated. A customer doesn't need to report anyone who renders a service to anyone higher than them. If it wasn't for hellopeter I believe my complaint wouldn't have been resolved! If one is not happy with the work they do there are plenty of people who desperately need employment but to be rude to a client and tell them you won't be assisted is just not on. I also feel like my problem was resolved because I laid a complaint with hellopeter which I think no one expected I would have done. I would however love to thank Ms Tsehpiso and Jacky Smith for their assistance in helping resolve my problem. As for the rest I bekeuvr the branch was just covering up for them because of their ill-treatment and incompetence towards me which should not have happened in the first place. People are there to assist customers not seat, chat and gossip, intimidate and discriminate against them. From my experience I honestly wonder how that branch treats and liases with foreign nationals that come in there to get assisted when they experience problems. Like any other business, not to receive any critisim the branch will always try to protect its employees so that they don't get into trouble even when they were wrong. That's just my take on this whole situation and the experience I have had.
