FNB Bronkhorstspruit

FNB Bronkhorstspruit branch's Security is really really not up to standard. They love to sit around outside in the sun looking around and smoking. Their attention is NOT with their jobs which they are supposed to do!!!! First incident, my co-worker nearly got shot when a ******* took place in the forecourt, it has been almost a year now and we are still waiting for the video footage, obviously the SAP closed the file because there is now evidence. Thank you FNB BHS for your prompt response(NOTHING)!!!!!!! Second incident. A few days ago my son went to draw money, same FNB, Security guard NOT where he is supposed to be, AGAIN, Two guys approached my son, telling him there is something wrong with the ATM, they will help him to draw money, okay, which he did, he accepted their assistance in good faith. Split second went past when my son saw one of the men has his bankcard (my son's) with a two hundred note(the other guy's two hundred) on top of the card, long story short, my son knew immediately what was going to happen, he then grab his bankcard and the two hundred note, grab the guy by the arm, asking him what the hell does he think he is trying.... the second guy obvious ran away. Now believe this or not, the so called security guard came in strolling from outside, telling my son to shut up he is a ******.... Now really!!!!! This has got nothing to do with ******!!!!!!!! No such thing in our books..... my son just told the security to shut up and do his job he then (my son) gave the two hundred rand back to the guy that wanted to ***** my son's money, my son took his ***n) (my son's card) and left. Now I am asking you, so called security guards to help FNB customers and to look out for their safety??????????????
