FNB Brokers are *******!

DO NOT USE THIS USELESS INSURER!!! I cancelled my account effective December 28th 2023 but was still being debited until I cancelled the debit order in May 2024 -after being assured by their call centre agent that it would be refunded within days. I requested the refund on 05/04/2024 when I realised they were still debiting my account, which has still not been done (2 months later), despite several calls and emails I have sent them... I have had NO correspondence from them regarding this whatsoever, and am entirely unimpressed with their service - or, more accurately, lack thereof. Next step seems to be unavoidable - Small Claims Court...
