FNB-Broken systems

I have an FNB life policy but its not reflecting on my app or online banking,

Hence im not getting ebucks for this which is the main reason I have one, sort it out or ill cancel it.

Along with this my wellness information is not pulling through on your system eventho ive updated it November and yesterday again upon a call from your consultant. Ive taken screen shots but have nowhere to send them to as proof as you have not provided me with an email address.
