FNB broken Record
I have since made an application to FNB home loan for access to the funds that I pay extra each month on the 20th of October 2020, they told me that their turn around times is 7 days, today is the 10 of November 2020 and each day I call their customer center and they all promise to either escalate the matter to no avail, they will ask you to send additional information but each time you do a follow-up they will ask when did you send the info, the consultant do not make notes as I have to explain to everyone when I call, I have done everything, completed a complain form, phonen customer center every day but I am still waiting to access the funds

12 Nov 2020, 15:55Still, after getting back to me with my initial complaint, the bank still can't resolve this issue, I have spoken to the consultant from resolution center but she has since disappeared after much promised, i am no longer interested in investigations and escalations, I only want to be able to access the funds, is it too much to ask from FNB????
