FNB Brigh****er Commons branch - needs attention

My parents had a rather poor experience at the Brigh****er Commons FNB branch. The staff really need to be better trained. The branch manager was missing in action, no one really seemed to know what the process was and the wait was endless. The only employee who knew how to help was Eulalie Nero. What a gem. She was superb. My parents are elderly and she walked them through the process of applying for new credit cards with patience and kindness. How can we help you? Maybe get your staff properly trained.
