FNB BRIARDENE - DISGRACE PATHETIC SERVICE(NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL)

On the 8th of July 2019 i have visited the FNB bank at 504 Chris Hani Rd, I needed to make a deposit of a substantial amount of money. When i went inside the bank the teller asked me to do the deposit outside via the deposit ATM machine which i found ridiculous cause how does one stand outside a ATM with substantial amount of money and do a deposit knowing that their is a open entrance its dangerous when everyone walking pass, standing outside an ATM depositing money with a bag taking out money is quiet ridiculous for one to do. I did go inside the bank and spoke to a lady named Cindy who said the manager is not in and the person in charge is currently busy but asked for my number and mentioned that someone will call me regarding this, today is the 12th July 2019 and i still have not received a call from anyone regarding the ********** service received from them. At least when i went to the FNB branch in Durban north i was assisted and not asked to make the deposit via the ATM. Please can someone get back to me on this as i find this totally unacceptable i understand that their is a ATM do complete a Deposit but not for a huge substantial amount and being asked to do this via a ATM is ridiculous.
