FNB Breaks their own service and commitment promise.

I have been **** to and misled for 3 days.

In FNB's service and commitment promise the first point they promise is to "Be fair and act with integrity in all our dealings with you ". That is false. Every time I spoke to someone I have been told something different and no one helped. *********** sums up the service I received.
