FNB breaks all FSB rules for credit lending

FNB allowed overdraft in my account without me asking for it or applying for it. They charged me excessively for that overdraft. These fees do not make sense, let alone that I never asked for an overdraft in my account. They are failing for explain, how did tge overdraft come about and to send me details of the fees they charged me.

FNB just give out credit without following FSB rules or even getting a consent from me as a bank account holder. They are not responding to my complaint and I am left with no other option but to submit a complaint to a relevant cunsumer ombud.
