FNB breaking PASA rules and debiting customers early

I have a personal loan which according to my mandate is marked as 99 which as per PASA rules says this is the last day of the month, you then debit me 1 day before my salary on the 19th clearly breaking this mandated rule and don't even want to pay back my interest for debiting me early.

Please resolve this and provide me with a letter so I can lodge a complaint with PASA against FNB.
