Fnb break period on loan

Terrible service from Fnb I have been trying since February to get assistance with a break period on my personal loans as I am going on Maternity leave and will not be able to afford repayments for the next 4 months I am prepared to extend my loan period but I'm recieving no help emails sent calls made messages sent on fnb app but no help. I have been a loyal customer and have never missed a single payment I also have insurance on these loans which are not useful as they say it does not cover. Disappointed with the service.
