Fnb breaching fica act

My account was accessed without my consent or knowledge. A third party accessed my account through a call to a fnb using my ID. When I logged a complaint, it was confirmed that a third party accessed my accounts using my ID to verify my details. I requested on proof so that I can take the matter further, I was called by a “manager” the next day telling me that fnb is allowed to access my account if a third party is requesting for a e wallet reversal without my permission, mind you, the consultant roamed in 2 of my accounts with fnb and gave information to the 3rd party without my knowledge or consent.
