FNB Breaches Trust by Charging Excessive Interest

FNB has arbitrarily started charging excessive interest on my overdraft facility. From 10% as per quote to 23% without reason or notice. I have not transgressed any of the rules relating to personalized interest rates. The call center has not followed through and I still have no explanation or resolution after 2 working days. This is poor service and a very disappointing breach of trust.
