FNB Breach of Contract with Transnet Employees

FNB does just what they feel like doing and when they feel like doing it. My account was debited today for my loan payment. They "assume" it was my salary date as I got my annual bonus payment today. When queried they say I must provide proof that it was not my salary. There are 66000 Transnet employees who all get paid on the 27th of the month and their bonuses are paid on the 13th. Who gives them the right to take money that does not belong to them. Thank you FNB for the wonderful Christmas cheer that you spread around. I am not the first and I wont be the last Transnet employee complaining about the same thing. You need to be reported to the Banking Ombudsman. This is a breach of contract. As FNB has breached the terms of the contract there will be no more payments from me and they can explain themselves in court when they try to sue me for the balance of money owed
