FNB branch staff allocation and digital platforms

The branch system is down and I have been given a piece of handwritten number paper to wait but all I just need to do is collect my card that I ordered for some time now but I have to wait for all the other customers that needs services such as account opening, updating KYC and other services which is unfair. The branch should have a collections counter just for collections and this is unacceptable that there isn’t one which I find to be terrible. I have waited for an unnecessary amount of time while my collection would only maybe take 2 minutes. This is bad management and staff allocation. More people should work on weekends and there should be a counter just for collections. There was already a problem with ordering my card for delivery because the map options didn’t find my work address and I wasn’t able to write a detailed address including the exact floor, building and street name so I had to choose a branch to collect my card which is already unacceptable and when I get to the branch and tells me that there’s no collection counter. I find that unacceptable because then you shouldn’t have a collection option for branch visits booking. What is the point of a collections option on the branch booking if there isn’t a collections counter. I feel that a staff can alternate between services and collection if there isn’t enough staff. I expect a valid solution for the future and the online booking platform to be changed. The card ordering system on fnb app should also be fixed. The complaints website also submit button is not working. The online banking statement printing only prints month to months and I should be able to print 15th of one month to 15th of next month not just 1st of one month to another month. The management of branches and digital platforms should be done properly to provide better customer service.
