FNB BRANCH MOUNT FLETCHER SEND US TO HELP OURSELVES WITH THEIR BUSINESS

I've opened a business account with fnb, and I registered the account number in every platform of my business. Now when people try to pay me, the funds bounces, when I go to the MOUNT FLETCHER FNB BRANCH, they say they can't help me out, they always send people the nearest internet Cafe to do their own work. They even sent pensioners to the internet Cafe to get help with their paperwork. We are tired of this branch staff, especially the lady that works there, she doesn't want to touch nothing.
