FNB Branch Manager at Mall@Reds Danny Smith has no empathy or client skills after people got ****med at all the ATM'S at his Branch. Staff not trained on handling queries from clients to stop cards after being ****med. Three ****mers roaming around on the premises of FNB ****ming people with staff standing in close proximity. Staff being asked for help with no assistance. All the manager can say is bring a summons and send a mail.
