FNB Branch - Change of Address

I recently bought a house and changing my address is an issue as FNB Brakpan Branch does not accept the laywers letter ,COC that is hand written (they have been doing COC's for over 35 years like this) hand written nor proof or registration from the Deeds Office????? On the COC my yard number is stated as this was used to obtain the bank home loan? Maybe the ladies at the Brakpan branch should get training on things with regards to home loans. Maybe I should change my bank account as well to the bank who granted me the loan because dealing with people like this is not a very nice experience. Even sending docs to ***, *** also doesn't produce any results!!!!! My Premier Banker couldn't even assist. Does FNB wants to come out to my house and confirm that all documents are true with regards to the address? The lady who helped me was rude and inexperienced and her supervisor even worse!!!! Just do me one favour and inform the supervisor that Electrical COC's have been hand written all these years (Yellow form)!
