FNB branch can’t be bothered to let me speak to a consultant face to face

After going to an FNB branch to speak to a consultant about advise for traveling overseas (I had MANY questions: the forex service, authorising my card for travel, increasing my credit limit, the passport cash card... and others) I was not able to speak to a consultant just to ask questions, I was directed to various customer care numbers... I spent over 40 minutes in the bank on a phone and on hold. What is the point of a branch if I am not allowed to speak to someone- even if the branch doesn’t offer the service, surely the consultant can offer information/advise and a way forward. After 40 minutes at the branch ON HOLD I achieve absolutely nothing and still do not have any information on how to proceed. FNB -“how can we help you” maybe by actually helping me instead of brushing me off and putting me in the corner with a phone. Never been more disgusted with FNB service that I was today.
