FNB branch *****

On 29 may I went to FNB bank to open an aspire account. And I have discovered that the lady was assisting me in opening the aspire account also tried to get me a credit card or a loan and go through all of this without my approval and did the credit assessment and I didn't say I needed a loan or credit card I only went to FNB to open an account now this hard enquiry it showing on my credit report And it affecting my credit score I need it to be removed from my credit report
