FNB brackenhurst is the best!!! The staff are absolutely impeccable!!!

I went to do banking at brackenhurst bank and I'm epileptic so I cud feel an onset of a possible seizure. I spoke to the lady that eventually assisted me after I was ok. I think her name was naledi or something but she helped me.i had the seizure and they made me lie down n never left my side. The manager asked if I needed water or anything. They were absolutely friendly Nd went out of their way especially the lady that helped me. God bless you all. We live in new Redruth but come to your bank because Ur staff and service is excellent!!!! Iv never experienced so much compassion and understanding and actual concern at any other bank. Your bank and staff rocks!!!! Keep us the good work Nd naledi, U will be blessed my sister
