FNB Bracken City(Alberton) disturbing and disappointing staff behavior

This morning I went to FNB Bracken City in Brackenhurst(Alberton) The lady who assisted me with just completing a form was busy eating biscuits right there at reception at 10am,she was busy chewing while asking me questions. No sense of urgency whatsoever, she later called another lady to authorize for her. Did she not also get to the reception and not acknowledge my presence at all, instead started having a nice chat with her colleague and left like I wasn't there. I doubt there is a leader in this centre, there is no way staff members can be so ill disciplined if there are rules, processes and procedures in place and a leader enforcing them daily. So disappointing.
