Fnb Bracken City - appalling service

Don't ever go to Bracken City FNB to try and open an account. Took my newly matriculated daughter. Consultant hardly greeted and then disappeared. Had to ask someone to go find her. She then argued with me about my daughter's University acceptance. She explained not one thing about the account and the branch do not even have cards in stock. Rude, unfriendly, inefficient. As a matter of principle, my daughter will Not be banking with FNB
