I just wanted to give a very positive review of the customer experience i have receive every time i go to FNB braamfontein Ms Tshifhiwa Shumba the client services agent assisted me in opening my first account at the bank and ever since i been going back for the unique customer experience which is always accompanied with a broad and sincere smile, it gives off the message that she is confident in herself and service that she is offering to us clients, she presented me with a wide array of options and was patient even though i had a lot of questions seeing that i am not so fami**** with the South African banking and its set up. Overall the Bank itself has a great array of options that cater to everyone's specific needs. I would also to acknowledge the FNB braamfontein Service Host Ms Vaughnay McLaren she is a very helpful and involved with not only her clients needs and queries but also her fellow staff as well. The general work atmosphere between her and the team mates is very impressive and lets the customer see the level of confidence the staff have in the services they have to offer.
