FNB BRAAMFONTEIN BRANCH - BONGANI BALOYI IS THE BEST

Went to FNB Braamfontein on the 30th of July 2023 , with the intention to cancel my accounts due to my high fees .

Was assisted by Ms Bongani Baloyi who literally made me do a 360 on that decision.

Ms Baloyi set me up with a fusion account , and with a tax free savings account which I was unaware of previously.

Her service was so incredible and professional, she was patient with me and helped me understand everything in every step the whole way .

Major point here is FNB has one more customer because of her kindness and professionalism.
